Product introduction:

3. This machine tool is equipped with a CNC feeding system, and a bracket can be installed according to customer requirements;
4. It adopts Japanese Mitsubishi servo motors, ball screws and imported guide rails, so the repeated cutting accuracy is high. The motor power is 4KW, which is more suitable for cutting industrial profiles, copper and aluminum bars.
The main circuits of the two machines are operated by Japanese Mitsubishi PLC computer controllers.
Automatic feeding, clamping and cutting systems, accurate and fast feeding, can cut 10-20 times per minute.
The counter can set the number of cutting times, and automatically stops after cutting.
The total counter can count the workload records for one day. The total pressure, front, back and pressure can be adjusted steplessly to ensure that the workpiece is not deformed by clamping. The cutting length accuracy is within plus or minus 0.02mm. The cut is glossy and has no burrs. The clamp can clamp and cut 1-28 pipes at one time.
Front clamp, back clamp, knife speed and feeding speed can be adjusted step by step.

Both machines can be modified to cut triangular pipes, hexagonal pipes, square pipes and other functions.
Use: Especially suitable for cutting copper pipes, aluminum pipes, metal pen pipes, stainless steel pipes, plastic pipes, etc.
Automatic working mode: Reset all manual operations, (move right) select subtotals, how many times to cut and how many times to feed, then start the motor (motor ON) and press (start). If the motor does not start or the saw table cannot work, it means that the switches have not been reset and cannot be automatic.
