Shenglida Technology Warm Reminder–Some Conventional Performance and Process of Equipment

1. The frame and fuselage of this equipment adopt a cabin-type keel structure, which is welded and formed by square steel pipes and arc-shaped steel plates. After eliminating stress, it is processed as a whole to ensure sufficient strength, rigidity and stability, and is equipped with four adjustable foot cups.
2. The parts of each part of the equipment are subjected to necessary surface treatment according to the actual working conditions and working environment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to ensure that the parts have sufficient strength and surface functions.
3. The round mold is an integral mold. The surface hardness of the clamping mold, guide mold, round mold and other molds is not less than HRC50. The replacement operation of the mold is simple and convenient, and it can be interchanged with the right bending machine and the left bending machine.
4. The head is an integral box-type structure. The bending arm adopts a precision toothed chain drive. The transmission sprocket and the output shaft of the precision planetary servo reducer have support bearings at both ends. The chain adjustment method is a docking double helix structure.
5. In order to ensure sufficient torque output, the rotating axis also adopts a precision planetary servo reducer drive, and the feeding mechanism is composed of a linear bearing + ball screw. The CNC system of the machine is completed by an independent servo system to control the feeding, bending and rotation requirements, and can realize the linkage of X, Y and Z axes.
6. The clamping mechanism adopts a parallelogram motion mode, and the mold is locked across the diagonal line to ensure sufficient clamping force and avoid clamping the pipe fittings. All joints have polymer lubrication-free bearings. The guide mold adopts a slider connecting rod structure with two travels of half retreat and full retreat.
7. The material clamp adopts a three-petal chuck structure to ensure sufficient clamping force, mechanical strength and service life; the core pulling has a fast positioning and anti-rotation device.
8. The machine adopts the left and right shifting and up and down lifting of the machine head to achieve mold shifting and mold changing. The up and down lifting adopts a cylinder as the power drive. The cylinder used has a buffer device, the speed is adjustable, and the mechanism has a limit device. The left and right shift is controlled by a servo motor + screw drive. It is composed of heavy-duty precision linear guide rails.
9. A sliding guide mold mechanism is adopted. In order to prevent the guide mold from scratching the nut on the product, the guide mold is returned by a cylinder control after opening.
10. The pneumatic system circuit has a gas tank voltage stabilizer, filter purification and pressure reducing valve adjustment device.
11. The main body color of the whole equipment is sky blue, and the parts involving personal safety are eye-catching yellow. They are all sprayed with plastic and equipped with safety warning signs. The “start”, “stop” and “emergency stop” operating switches use an independent and movable operating table.
12. The equipment control circuit should have an overload protection function, and the installation of its electrical components shall comply with relevant national regulations and have a reliable grounding device. The terminal, contactor and small air switch in the electrical box shall be installed in the VDE standard V-groove. Each electrical component has a clear mark. The electric control cabinet uses a full plastic comb cabinet with a wire trough for wiring, and the line number is clear.
13. The operation control panel adopts PIPE BENDER CNC series 2014M+ model, the display adopts 8″ true color 256 color high-definition LCD screen, integrated anti-fouling keyboard, and can save 500 sets of bending product data.
14. The CNC numerical control device of this machine is equipped with data input interface RS232 and USB interface. You can use U disk to copy and save program files and update system software through U disk for upgrading.
15. The operating system has a humanized operation interface. You only need to input the XYZ line intersection coordinates marked on the product drawing to automatically convert them into the Y (straight line length), B (rotation angle), C (bending angle) processing data required by the bending machine to realize machine bending. You can also fill in the product’s bending angle, space angle, straight line length and other parameters according to the table to process the product, without the need for CNC professionals to program.
16. The equipment can flexibly realize a variety of actions, such as the three-axis action can have a variety of arrangement sequences, the X-axis has auxiliary feeding methods such as secondary feeding and loose tube retreat, the three-axis simultaneous movement has the X-axis priority action function, and has the function of automatic avoidance by mold, and there are active, through-type, step feeding, segmented feeding, heavy clamping, chasing clamping, reverse bending and other working modes to choose from. Up to 50 angles can be bent continuously.
17. The B-axis (rotating axis) has an independent speed setting function for each bending section to avoid errors caused by the inertia of rapid rotation, and better coordinate the problems of processing speed and processing accuracy.
18. The equipment control system should have automatic counting function, storage function after power failure, and the file can be automatically backed up and stored. The whole machine detection system is complete, with X and Z axis origin detection and limit alarm functions.
