Si la holgura es demasiado grande, pueden producirse arrugas aunque el mandril se ajuste hacia delante.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la gran tolerancia del grosor de la pared del tubo, para garantizar la holgura, los mandriles deben agruparse y seleccionarse en funci\u00f3n del di\u00e1metro interior del tubo.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se utiliza el mandril, el material fuera de la l\u00ednea central del tubo se vuelve m\u00e1s delgado debido al estiramiento, pero la cantidad de adelgazamiento no debe exceder 10% del espesor de la pared. Las arrugas leves est\u00e1n permitidas, pero no deben superar los 25% del grosor de la pared.<\/p>\n<p>Mandril esf\u00e9rico:<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de curvar paredes finas, di\u00e1metros grandes y radios de curvatura peque\u00f1os, debe utilizarse un mandril de bola. La bola del mandril de bola puede oscilar en cualquier direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de un mandril de bola es el mismo que el de un mandril ordinario.
