Next, I will introduce the principle and composition of the rocker arm rotary device in detail: The rocker arm rotary device is mainly composed of a large slide, a rocker arm drive device, a rocker arm, a middle slide, a slewing bearing, a small slide and other components.
The rocker arm drive device is installed on the side of the large slide, the rocker arm is fixed on the large slide through a slewing bearing, and the middle slide is fixed on the rocker arm. By changing the position of the large and middle slides, the distance between the slewing center and the center line of the chuck is adjusted, that is, the bending radius of the pipe is adjusted.
When bending the pipe, the rocker arm bears the circumferential force and resistance torque, and the return of the rocker arm is dragged by the rocker arm drive device, and the return speed is 2.2 r/min. When the rocker arm rotating device adjusts the bending radius, start the hydraulic motor of the middle slide, move the working table of the middle slide, and position the center of the chuck to the specified size through the scale of the slide, and turn off the hydraulic motor;
Through the gear rack mechanism, move the small slide, fix the small slide to the middle slide with the positioning pin, rotate the top screw, tighten the chuck, and complete the positioning of the chuck; start the large slide motor, move the working table of the large slide, so that the center of the chuck coincides with the center of the guide wheel device, and turn off the motor;

During operation, the electromagnetic clutch is closed, the return hydraulic motor is started, and the rocker arm drive device drives the rotation device to rotate. After the rocker arm returns to its original position, the hydraulic motor is turned off, the electromagnetic clutch is disconnected, and the next action is prepared. It is pushed by the pipe fittings and bears the circumferential force and resistance torque.
