1. Bending wheel mold installation
Loosen the bending wheel mold cap in a clockwise direction, install the required bending wheel mold and tighten the cap.
2. Clamping mold installation
Loosen the clamping mold key bolt, replace the required clamping mold and tighten the bolt.
The adjustment method is as follows:
(1) Loosen the clamping mold fixing bolt, select the parameter manual mode “Bending clamp” until the clamping mold reaches the end point (there must be a gap between the bending wheel mold and the clamping mold).
(2) Tighten the clamping mold seat adjustment bolt to fully press the clamping mold and the bending mold.
(3) Select the parameter manual mode “Bending back” to make the clamping mold retreat, and then screw the clamping mold seat adjustment screw in about 1/4-1/2 turn.
(4) Tighten the clamping mold seat fixing bolt.
3. The adjustment method of the slide plate mold is the same as above.
4. Mandrel Cylinder
(1) Screw the mandrel into the mandrel bolt, adjust it to the appropriate position, and then fix the mandrel and nut.
(2) Loosen the mandrel cylinder seat bolt.
(3) Move the mandrel cylinder seat pointer and the guide rail seat scale to the same radius as the bending die.
(4) Tighten the mandrel cylinder seat bolt.
5. Anti-wrinkle device
Install the anti-wrinkle die on the anti-wrinkle plate seat and adjust it appropriately by 1°~2°.
6. Overflow valve pressure adjustment
Press any manual state of clamping, unclamping, core feeding, and core withdrawal without releasing. The pressure displayed on the pressure gauge is the overflow valve pressure. At this time, rotate the overflow valve pressure adjustment handle to adjust the pressure to the required pressure of about 10MPa, depending on the bending resistance of the pipe. It should not be too high to avoid excessive oil temperature and accelerated wear of hydraulic parts.
